With little time before the official launch we present the most accurate spy pictures with the future Porche limo. According to sources from the AutoBild, the new Panamera will have appreciable dimensions: 4.98 m long, 1.98 m wide, 1.58 m high.
Car's own mass will be 1,800 kg, 450 kg less than the cheapest Cayenne, and the top version of Panamera, that will have V8 turbo engine of 4.8 litres and enjoying of full traction will have only with 150 kg more and will be capable of more than 300 km / h.
Sales will start in the spring of 2009, first with the V8 versions, the most powerful model, with turbo and the integral traction being quoted at 125,000 euros. It will furrow then a cheaper version "only" 80,000 euros, equipped with FSI V6 engine, and in 2011 a hybrid version, that combine the V6 on petrol with an electric motor of 110 kW, located between the thermic engine and speed-change box. For the moment it is not considered the Panamera equipping with a diesel engine or a V10 ( Audi provenance), but this would be possible if the market feedback will be favourable.
Among other technical delicacies are included PDK transmission, with dual clutch and a amortization control system. One last detail: contact will be in the left side of wheel, according to the market tradition. Panamera will be a sport limo.
