The Audi Coupe A5 is a consistent success, but Audi made famous the model Audi Cabrio named after Audi A4 Cabrio. So the following cabriolet on the Germans list is Audi A5 Cabrio, with the sport version Audi S5 Cabrio.
Compared with the main competitor, BMW 3 Series Cabrio, Audi A5 Cabrio will not have retractable hard top, but a soft-top, like smallest brother Audi A3 Cabrio and Audi TT Roadster. The machine will have the same technical and the same range of engines like the Coupe version and is scheduled to appear on the market in the spring of 2009.
