Honda V70 Turn Key, The New English Police Car

In the framework of a conference held in Cheltenham, UK (National Association of Police Fleet Manager Conference), Volvo exposed, to the first time, police car Volvo V70 Turn Key. This model was developed by Swedish manufacturer in collaboration with NAPFM (National Police Improvement Agency, the Police Federation), and will be placed on the assembly lines in the Torslanda factory, Sweden.

The English authorities are satisfied at the rapidity with which Swedish have responded to their request, the models were delivered at only 3 months from the time of performing order. Also, Volvo V70 Turn Key is endowed with all the equipment necessary for the police from the island: the speed detecting system - VASCAR, video supervision and two doghouses.

In terms of performance, Volvo has a new police car with auto-adjusting suspension and forged alloy wheels of 17.5 inches, in order to decrease the braking distance.
