Honda and Yamaha Become Electric
Yamaha intends to launch a range of electric motorcycles by 2010, with an autonomy of 100 km at a loading comparable, with the models that have engines of 50 cubic centimeters, according to the publication.
Honda, leader on the motorcycles global market, will launch in 2011, the models based on lithium ion batteries, the first customer will be Postal Service from Japan, which could buy about 90,000 units to replace its fleet.
