The Britons from Jaguar are preparing for a new generation XJ, which is tested already under a car body of a present model.
The Britons prepare a new variant, which according to Ian Callum, responsible for design, will be even more adventurous than the new XF. This means in translation that would not be excluded that the future XJ to be a competitor for the Mercedes Benz CLS.
A modified version of the current XJ has been used for testing the new model, which currently loan the code name X351. The debut is expected somewhere in spring 2011.
